The Lifestyle Lift office is located on the North East corner of Madison Avenue and E. 59th Street and is one block east of the Plaza Hotel and Central Park.
We are located on the 18th floor and the elevators will open directly into the Lifestyle Lift suite.

Dr. Kevin H. Ende, M.D.
Dr. Ende is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. After a General Surgery internship, he completed a Head and Neck Surgery residency at Temple University. He further trained with a Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship in San Francisco. He has also conducted research at the National Institutes of Health. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich, M.D.
Dr. Vasyukevich earned his medical degree from the School of Medicine at Stony Brook (N.Y.) University Medical Center (SUNY). He completed his surgical internship and Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, and was selected for further training during a Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, which includes a specialty in Facial Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Dilip D. Madnani, MD, FACS
Dr. Madnani earned his medical degree with distinction from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. He completed a General Surgery internship at Beth Israel Medical Center and Otolaryngology residency at the Montefiore Medical Center. He is double - board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
